Daily Diving

Jacques Cousteau once said "The Red Sea is a corridor of marvels - the happiest hours of my diving experience have been spent there.

That statement is as true today as it was when Jacques Cousteau explored here in the 1950's and 60's. The Red Sea by Sinai is one of the best scuba diving sites in the world. South Sinai's breath-taking scenery, along with its turquoise-blue water, bright-colored corals and exotic fauna, make scuba diving in Dahab a fantastic experience.

Dahab Diving Map and Dive Sites

One of the most famous dive sites in the Red Sea situated 12 km north of Dahab. The Blue Hole has an almost circular shape 150 meters wide and 110 meters deep and connects with the sea through a tunnel 26 meters long at a depth of 52 meters (for technical divers only). The best way to enjoy this dive site is by doing a drift dive starting at El Bells (situated 250 meters north) and finishing the dive in the Blue Hole.

Snorkeling & Excursions

If you’ve never tried snorkeling in the Red Sea then you have really missed out on something! It is most blue and warmest sea in the world and where there are so many different species of animals, and so many of each species, that it feels like swimming in an enormous aquarium.

If you should get bored of Snorkeling and sunbathing, try some of these:
• trip to St Catherine's monastery
• trip to Ras Mohammed National Park
• desert safaris , camel rides or quad biking or even horse riding
